It's bad enough for a law enforcement agency to be biased. It's even worse for it to be biased and incompetent.
But the latter seems to be an apt characterization of our Federal Bureau of Investigation in the wake of the killings in Parkland, Florida, where, by their own admission, the organization overlooked warnings about the killer that could have saved seventeen students and teachers from mass murder. This is no mere bureaucratic slip-up and the demand by Governor Scott for the resignation of FBI Director Wray is understandable considering the number of dead children in his state.

WNU Editor: Some are definitely not happy with the FBI. As to what is my take .... I am definitely disappointed with the top at the Bureau .... we now know though the public release of text messages that their conduct in the past year and a half have been motivated by political bias and their own agenda. On the plus side .... most (if not all of them) .... are now gone, and they will be (I hope) be held accountable in explaining their actions in the future. As to the rest of the Bureau .... the impression that I have is that many try their best to enforce the law, catch the bad guys, and to protect law-abiding Americans. They make mistakes .... who does not .... but the key is to learn from them and adjust.
